Ep 02 - A Discussion on Open Access

In conjunction to Open Access Week, fellow students Melissa Seelye and Cal Murgu came by earlier this week to talk about the significance of Open Access in the fields of academia and LIS.

Various topics such as the positive impacts of Open Access publishing, how insitutional repositories work, and why Open Access should matter were discussed, among several others.

Discussions on Westerns' own institutional repository, the infamous Psyhub and Twitter pirating also included.
